Can you migrate my existing emails?

Yes. We migrate all existing emails from your current provider so nothing is lost.

Does it work on my iPhone?

Yes — iPhone, Android, Mac Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird. We configure the devices you use or provide instructions for your team.

How long does setup take?

We agree a time with you before we start. If you're moving from an existing provider, allow time for the DNS change to reach everyone and for your email to move across.

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes. As long as you own your domain, you keep the same email address. We just move the hosting to our servers — your address stays exactly the same.
