How much does a website cost in the UK?+

With Mediatopia, a website costs from £69 a month with no set-up fee, or from £995 to pay once. A website where you can edit your own pages is £119 a month or £1,995 once, and an online shop is £169 a month or £2,950 once. Bigger, one-of-a-kind websites are quoted. Prices exclude VAT.

How much is a website per month?+

From £69 a month. That covers building your website and looking after it — hosting, email, your web address and help when you need it — with no set-up fee. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum.

Is it better to pay monthly or pay once?+

Paying monthly means no big bill up front and everything looked after in one price. Paying once means you pay for the website in one go and it's yours, then a Care plan from £45 a month keeps it online and looked after. It's the same website either way.

Is there a set-up fee?+

Not on the monthly plans. Building your website is covered by the monthly price, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What happens after 12 months?+

After the 12-month minimum your plan carries on month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

How long does a website take?+

A typical website takes four to six weeks; bigger projects take longer. You get a fixed timeline before we start.

I'm already a Mediatopia client — does this apply to me?+

These prices are for new clients. If you're already with us, you stay on the plan and price we agreed.
