Before You Get In Touch

How quickly do you respond?

Within 2 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm). Enquiries sent at the weekend get a reply first thing on Monday morning.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. Every project starts with a free call or meeting, by video or in person if you’d like me to come to you. No obligation, no hard sell. We’ll talk through your goals, timeline and budget to see if we’re a good fit.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, by appointment. I don’t see visitors at the office, but I’m happy to meet on a video call (Teams or similar), or to come to you.

Do you work with clients outside Bristol?

Yes. I work with businesses across the UK and internationally. Most communication is by video call, email and screen sharing, so location is never a barrier.

What information should I prepare before contacting you?

Ideally: what your business does, what you need (a new site, a redesign, SEO and so on), your rough budget, and your timeline. Don’t worry if you’re not sure; that’s what the free call is for.
